TYPE IW-E (IMPACT WEFT WITH E-TYPE WARP CORDS)

IW-E conveyor belts, having a steel cable mesh, are impact resistant and can be used in a temperature range of -25 C…max.150ºC. Special steel cords are used to provide an adequate behavior at compression, a favorable elongation and a good tearing resistance. They are used to transport materials such as coke, sintered ores and bulk handling materials in places such as stone quarries etc.

BELT WIDTHS AND EDGES

The widths are between 500-1600 mm for conveyor belts with moulded edges.

K – Conveyor belts with flame resistant and antistatic covers.
S – Flame resistant conveyor belts (both carcass and covers).
ST2 – Heat resistant conveyor belts (120ºC, max. 130ºC) .
ST3 – Heat resistant conveyor belts (max.150ºC).
W, X and Y – Conveyor belts for general use.
