TYPE SW-HE (STRAIGHT WARP WITH HIGH ELONGATION WEFT CORDS)

SW-HE conveyor belts, having a steel cable mesh, are impact resistant and can be used in a temperature range of -25˚C…max 150ºC. Special steel cords are used to give an adequate behavior at compression, a favorable elongation and a good tearing resistance. They are used for elevators and for installations which require more protection underneath the belt.

K – Conveyor belts with flame resistant and antistatic covers.
S – Flame resistant conveyor belts (both carcass and covers).
ST2 – Heat resistant conveyor belts (120ºC, max. 130ºC) .
ST3 – Heat resistant conveyor belts (max.150ºC).
W, X and Y – Conveyor belts for general use.
