TYPE SW-RE (STRAIGHT WARP WITH REGULAR ELONGATION WEFT CORDS)

SW-RE conveyor belts, having a steel cable mesh, come in two variants: OIL RESISTANT which can be used in temperature range of -25ºC – 100ºC, or HEAT RESISTANT which can be used in a temperature range of -25ºC – 180ºC (max. 200ºC). Special steel cords gives the belts a good impact resistance, compression resistance, tensile strength and a favorable elongation. This category includes belts with elevator buckets and flat belts which may be subject to heavy loads due to materials with sharp edges.

BELT WIDTHS AND EDGES

The widths are between 500-1600 mm for conveyor belts with moulded edges.
