TYPE SW-RE (STRAIGHT WARP WITH REGULAR ELONGATION WEFT CORDS)

SW-RE conveyor belts, having a steel cable mesh, are impact resistant and can be used in a temperature range of -25ºC… max 150ºC. Special steel cords are used to give an adequate behavior at compression, a favorable elongation and a good tearing resistance. This category includes belts with elevator buckets and flat belts which may be subject to heavy loads due to materials with sharp edges.

BELT WIDTHS AND EDGES

The widths are between 500-1600 mm for conveyor belts with moulded edges.
