UKRB-FLEX - TYPE STRAIGHT WARP - R/RE +150ºC AND +200ºC

SW-R/RE conveyor belts, having a steel cable mesh, are resistant to high temperatures and can be used in a temperature range of -25ºC…max 150ºC or -25ºC…180ºC (max 200ºC). Special steel cords gives the belt a good impact resistance, an adequate behaviour at comprssion, a favourable elongation and a good tearing resistance. The resistance classes are between 1600 and 4000 N/mm to assure a good life span in very hard working conditions. This can be subject to change when transporting materials with sharp edges.

The widths are between 500-1600 mm for conveyor belts with moulded edges.
