UKRB-GOFLEX CONVEYOR BELTS WITH BREAKER

UKRB-GOFLEX belts are specially designed to resist the impact of sharp and voluminous materials. They are also known as impact and tearing resistant conveyor belts. The special characteristics of these belts are given by their insertion with textile or metallic breaker which helps the carcass and the entire belt to be tearing resistant. Based on the type of breaker, (BF-HE, Breaker FabricHigh Elongation or BF-RE, Breaker Fabric-Regular Elongation), we have the following categories of belts: UKRB-GOFLEX – HE and UKRB-GOFLEX – RE. Both UKRB-GOFLEX belts are available in many variants; general use, oil resistant, temperature resistant and flame resistant. The position and number of breakers are chosen by the case. The textile insertions within the carcass can be polyester/polyamide (EP), polyester/polyester (EE) or polyamide/polyamide (PP).

BELT WIDTHS AND EDGES

Both belts are available with cut or closed edges and widths between 500 and 1800 mm.

W, X, Y, Z – conveyor belts for general use
MOR – conveyor belts with medium oil resistance of the covers
G – conveyor belts with medium oil resistance both covers and carcass
ROS – conveyor belts with excellent oil resistance both covers and carcass
K – conveyor belts, antistatic, with flame resistant rubber covers
S – conveyor belts, antistatic, flame resistant (both carcass and covers)
ST2 – conveyor belts resistant at 120ºC , max. 130ºC
ST3 – conveyor belts resistant at max. 150ºC
